Detox cleanse shampoo specially formulated clarifying shampoo that will deep cleanse to remove oil and products build up. Can be used in preparation of treatments. Will not strip colour Directions Wet hair well, apply a few pumps, lather hair, massage scalp and hair to remove any products build up, rinse well if hair still feels spongy repeat it.

    You can return your product if the product has been damaged or broken but only if conditionally damaged!

    Due to hygiene reasons we do not exchange wigs , ponytails , makeup or any electrical item.

    Any warranty on electrical good will be with the manufacturer on basis of electrical fault only.

    Items such as weaves , clip-in extensions , briads etc can be exchanged if returned in original condition and packaging.

    If you have any problem with human hair weave , clip-in or wig s bought from us , a complaint form must be filled and sent to us via contact center mentioning the problem. This process could take up to 3 weeks and then the hair will be checked and if the product is faulty, an exchange will be given.

    We can only offer exchange if contacted within 7 days.

    This doesn't affect your statuary rights!
