How to use
Work conditioner through clean, wet hair from roots to ends. Leave on for up to 3 minutes, then rinse. Style as desired. For best results use after cleansing with our HYDRATE & REPAIR SHAMPOO.

Exchanges & Returns
You can return your product if the product has been damaged or broken but only if conditionally damaged!
Due to hygiene reasons we do not exchange wigs , ponytails , makeup or any electrical item.
Any warranty on electrical good will be with the manufacturer on basis of electrical fault only.
Items such as weaves , clip-in extensions , briads etc can be exchanged if returned in original condition and packaging.
If you have any problem with human hair weave , clip-in or wig s bought from us , a complaint form must be filled and sent to us via contact center mentioning the problem. This process could take up to 3 weeks and then the hair will be checked and if the product is faulty, an exchange will be given.
We can only offer exchange if contacted within 7 days.
