HOW TO USE

  • After shampooing with the KeraCare Curlessence Moisturising Shampoo, apply generously and comb through for even distribution.
  • Leave on for about 10 minutes.
  • For deeper conditioning, cover hair with plastic cap and leave on for 15-20 minutes.
  • Rinse thoroughly and style as desired.

    You can return your product if the product has been damaged or broken but only if conditionally damaged!

    Due to hygiene reasons we do not exchange wigs , ponytails , makeup or any electrical item.

    Any warranty on electrical good will be with the manufacturer on basis of electrical fault only.

    Items such as weaves , clip-in extensions , briads etc can be exchanged if returned in original condition and packaging.

    If you have any problem with human hair weave , clip-in or wig s bought from us , a complaint form must be filled and sent to us via contact center mentioning the problem. This process could take up to 3 weeks and then the hair will be checked and if the product is faulty, an exchange will be given.

    We can only offer exchange if contacted within 7 days.
