For use on all hair types and textures.

Directions:

Can be used daily, or as needed. Apply generously to wet or dry hair, saturating each section from roots to tips. Prep hair for desired style, by roller or rod setting, twisting, braiding, coiling, finger twirling, etc. Hair must be completely dry before taking down for final styling steps. Do not apply an iron (flat iron, curling or spiraling iron) to damp hair. Best when used with other Aunt Jackie’s sulfate-free cleansing, conditioning, and styling therapies.     You can return your product if the product has been damaged or broken but only if conditionally damaged!

    Due to hygiene reasons we do not exchange wigs , ponytails , makeup or any electrical item.

    Any warranty on electrical good will be with the manufacturer on basis of electrical fault only.

    Items such as weaves , clip-in extensions , briads etc can be exchanged if returned in original condition and packaging.

    If you have any problem with human hair weave , clip-in or wig s bought from us , a complaint form must be filled and sent to us via contact center mentioning the problem. This process could take up to 3 weeks and then the hair will be checked and if the product is faulty, an exchange will be given.

    We can only offer exchange if contacted within 7 days.
